Conversational AI Application Developer (English and Spanish speaker)

• Academic degree in Computer Science, Computational Linguistics, Natural Language Processing, or related field
• Fluent in English and Spanish
• Excellent communication and customer-facing skills
• Problem solving and engineering mindset
• Knowledge of basic programming principles
• Interest or familiarity with Generative AI concepts (LLMs, prompt engineering, RAG)

• Experience with conversational automated dialog systems (voice or chat)
• Experience with production-level NLU/NLP solutions

• Experience with JavaScript and/or object-oriented programming (e.g., Java)

• Work with customers to analyze and understand business requirements
• Design applications according to usability principles and business needs
• Develop hybrid Conversational AI applications blending agentic and rule-based capabilities
• Implement and test semantic models and conversation flows using rule-based, ML-based, and GenAI-based technologies
• Prepare, augment, and annotate datasets for ML and agentic training
• Execute model testing to assess performance
• Develop semantic rules using dictionaries and regular expressions
• Manage RAG knowledge base configuration
• Perform prompt engineering
• Code application logic using JavaScript
• Integrate Omilia applications with client systems via REST web services
• Conduct test-driven development, unit, and regression testing
• Analyze real-life dialogs using conversational analytics tools
• Debug and troubleshoot issues in collaboration with customers and team members
• Test early platform features and provide feedback to the product team
• Support partners and customers with consultation and issue resolution
• Collaborate continuously with team members and communicate effectively
