Test Manager (SAP S/4HANA)

People More sp. z o.o. sp.k. is a technological company engaging in building projects from scratch (UX, UI, frontend, backend, mobile) or supporting partners' solutions. They work with a large client base domestically and internationally, providing a variety of projects including SAP S/4HANA ERP and SAP ePPM implementations.

• 8–10+ years of experience in SAP testing or quality assurance leadership.
• Experience with large-scale SAP S/4HANA transformation programs.
• Experience with SAP ePPM is an advantage.
• Strong experience leading User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Experience managing testing governance.
• Ability to work with executive stakeholders, Business Process Owners (BPOs), and System Integrators.
• Strong understanding of System Integration Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), Regression Testing, Test Data Management, and Defect Management.
• Experience with Jira, SAP Cloud ALM, or similar defect and testing management tools.
• Very good proficiency in English and Polish (C1 level).
• Willingness to travel for business trips as required by the project.

• Own the testing governance framework across SIT, UAT, regression, and deployment readiness.
• Review and challenge the System Integrator's Test Strategy, Test Plans, schedules, and defect management.
• Approve project testing governance model and define testing security rules.
• Own the end-to-end User Acceptance Testing (UAT) process, including planning, script creation, execution driving, coordination with Business Process Owners (BPOs) and key users, and managing formal UAT sign-off.
• Define and approve readiness criteria for SIT Entry/Exit and UAT Entry/Exit, assess residual risks and defects, and confirm acceptance criteria.
• Lead business defect review meetings and prioritize critical defects based on business impact.
• Own defect acceptance, risk acceptance, and business workaround decisions.
• Collaborate with Data Migration team to ensure test data is complete and based on valid scenarios.
• Present testing progress, business readiness, and project risks to PMO and Steering Committee.
• Provide independent Go / Conditional Go / No-Go recommendations for Go-Live based on business readiness.
