Staff Product Manager, Benefits Platform (all genders)

Its subscription-based direct-to-consumer model covers meal kits, ready-to-eat meals, pet food, and premium meat & seafood, serving millions of customers monthly through various brands united by shared platforms, data, and operational excellence.

• Extensive experience in platform product management, building scalable internal tools, APIs, or infrastructure.
• 6+ years of product management experience at Senior or Staff level across complex systems and diverse business lines.
• Exceptional leadership and communication skills to align senior stakeholders and champion platform adoption without direct authority.
• Strong advantage with background in commercial strategy or promotional economics to design business guardrails balancing flexibility and P&L protection.
• Familiarity with data analysis and technical architecture for designing reliable automation and interpreting experiment data alongside engineering teams.

• Define the long-term vision, strategy, and roadmap for the global benefit and incentive platform toward intelligent, automated creation tools.
• Design scalable platform primitives and reusable building blocks to eliminate custom engineering for marketing campaigns.
• Establish automated governance layers including margin floors and stacking checks to protect business profitability.
• Build intuitive back-office tooling enabling commercial and growth teams to configure campaigns independently.
• Drive cross-functional alignment across international teams for unified platform adoption.
• Evaluate and implement automation and smart interfaces optimizing return on investment, balancing flexibility with reliability.
