QA lead

Pirxey is a group of over 100 experienced programmers with 5-10 years of software development experience. They work remotely primarily with rapidly growing international brands from the USA, Israel, and other countries. Pirxey acts not only as a Software House but also as a partner and advisor in product development, working in short, dynamic iterations to continuously verify business assumptions.

• Completed studies at a Polytechnic at least at Engineer level
• Minimum 8 years of commercial experience as a QA Tester
• Experience with manual testing of web and mobile applications
• Practical use of AI-based tools to optimize daily work and testing processes
• Proficient in API testing using tools such as Postman or Insomnia
• Familiar with test management tools like Xray, Zephyr, or TestRail
• Understanding of CI/CD processes and experience with version control using Git
• Knowledge of automation testing frameworks such as Playwright, Cypress, Selenium, and Appium
• English language proficiency

• Build and manage the QA team by integrating existing specialists, mentoring, and recruiting new talents
• Take full responsibility for product quality and have authority to approve releases
• Design and implement testing strategies and QA standards across the organization
• Collaborate closely with the Head of Delivery and development teams to prioritize quality at all stages
• Report clear quality metrics to management and stakeholders
• Act as the "face of quality" in projects, maintaining direct communication with clients, reporting progress, explaining risks, and managing business expectations
