Founding Engineer

A Warsaw-based startup creating a new personal AI category with an always-on AI agent that manages everyday tasks. The founding team consists of 3 people, aiming to expand with a new technical hire. They operate with a Silicon Valley mindset from Warsaw and believe personal AGI will be ubiquitous by 2027.

• Exceptional engineering or founding experience with proven track record
• Experience in shipping scaled agentic AI systems to production, not prototypes
• Preference for speed and iteration over process and perfection
• Comfortable making decisions and shipping with minimal guidance (no permission culture)
• Strong belief in the importance of personal AI work

• Scale the infrastructure enabling AI agents for millions of users
• Build state-of-the-art agentic user experiences (UX)
• Create observability, benchmarks, and evaluations for trillions of tokens
• Ensure token value is maximized at minimal cost
• Build and maintain integrations with WhatsApp and iMessage
