Microsoft Dynamics NAV Developer

Svitla Systems Inc. is recruiting a Microsoft Dynamics NAV Developer for a full-time position supporting a manufacturer and distributor of pet feed and accessories. The role involves stabilizing and governing NAV during an organizational migration to SAP and other strategic platforms.

• 8–10 years of senior-level experience in Microsoft Dynamics NAV.
• Strong hands-on technical and functional expertise with Microsoft Dynamics NAV.
• Understanding of SAP ERP transformations, Annex Cloud or similar platforms, and system coexistence and sunset strategies.
• Proven experience in NAV application support, maintenance, and operational management.
• Experience troubleshooting and developing bidirectional integrations between SAP and NAV across retail data domains.
• Experience with LS Retail + NAV integration environments.
• Familiarity with Salesforce Commerce Cloud integration impacts and broader commerce/customer platform ecosystems.
• Ability to operate with strong architectural discipline and organizational authority.
• Excellent communication skills and teamwork spirit.
• High level of English (B2).

• Act as the temporary owner of Microsoft Dynamics NAV, maintaining operational stability during transition.
• Maintain NAV inventory including functional scope, customizations, integrations, and data domains.
• Support migration activities to SAP and Annex Cloud, covering data readiness, mapping, reconciliation, and cutover.
• Govern coexistence between SAP, NAV, and Annex Cloud by defining system-of-record boundaries.
• Manage NAV change requests to allow only critical changes and reduce technical debt.
• Oversee NAV's role in integrations across POS, e-commerce, finance, and BI.
• Align vendors and integrators such as SAP, Annex Cloud, middleware, and BI partners to support NAV sunset strategy.
• Define and execute NAV decommissioning criteria including data retention, archiving, audit/compliance, and shutdown validation.

This role requires working hours with overlap until 7:00 PM-8:00 PM CET.
