The company oversees development of subsidiaries and provides business, legal, and IT consulting services. The Project Management Department manages changes in systems and processes delivered to its subsidiaries.
Wymagania
- At least 5 years of experience managing complex business or IT projects involving CRM, ERP, or other enterprise business systems.
- Ability to understand business processes and translate requirements into effective technology solutions.
- Strong stakeholder management and influence skills without direct authority.
- Experience coordinating projects across multiple organizational levels and international teams.
- Practical understanding of project delivery methodologies including Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid approaches.
- Experience with project management tools such as Jira and Confluence.
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills connecting business, processes, and technology.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills for operational and executive audiences.
- Fluency in Polish (C1) and English (C1), both written and spoken.
Nice to have:
- Experience with platforms such as Microsoft Dynamics 365 or similar enterprise solutions.
- Experience supporting change management and user adoption during system implementations.
Obowiązki
- Lead projects across international markets from initiation to implementation and business adoption.
- Manage projects involving multiple stakeholders, business units, and international teams, ensuring alignment between business requirements, processes, and technology solutions.
- Work closely with business stakeholders to understand needs, translate requirements into actionable solutions, and support process improvements.
- Collaborate with IT teams, external vendors, and implementation partners for effective execution and timely delivery.
- Act as a key coordinator between business teams, IT, and implementation partners throughout the project lifecycle.
- Facilitate workshops with business users to gather requirements, define processes, validate solutions, and support decision-making.
- Translate business needs into project plans, implementation roadmaps, governance models, and delivery milestones.
- Drive project governance by preparing status reports, executive updates, risk assessments, and decision materials.
- Coordinate testing activities, user acceptance testing (UAT), change management, and system adoption initiatives.
- Identify, assess, and manage project risks, dependencies, issues, and change requests.
- Support continuous improvement of business processes and systems across international entities.
- Ensure alignment with internal governance, corporate policies, standards, and project management methodologies.
- Report project progress, risks, and key decisions to the Head of PMO and relevant stakeholders.
