This position is a 12-month (with possible renewals) on-site contract at an EU agency headquarters in Warsaw, specifically Frontex Headquarters. The role involves leading cybersecurity projects in a regulated public-sector environment, managing complex, security-sensitive programmes at the intersection of IT security and project delivery.
Wymagania
- Minimum Level 7 education (master's degree or equivalent in a relevant field)
- English language proficiency at B2 (CEFR) or above
- At least 10 years of ICT-relevant professional experience
- At least 8 years experience at a similar position
- At least 4 certifications: 2 from Cybersecurity domain (CISSP, CISA, CISM, ISO/IEC 27001) and 2 from Project and IT Service Management domain (PM2 Advanced, PRINCE2 Practitioner, PMP, ITIL Foundation)
- Personal Security Clearance at RESTREINT UE/EU RESTRICTED level (security screening initiated within 45 days of assignment)
- In-depth familiarity with security policies based on industry standards and best practices
- Broad architectural background with full-lifecycle experience delivering IT security solutions
- Knowledge and hands-on experience with project methodologies and tools: PM2, PMP, PRINCE2, ServiceNow
- Experience managing cybersecurity projects in EU classified environments
- Experience supporting management of resources, budgets, and priorities for cybersecurity programmes/projects/portfolios
- Comprehensive knowledge of cybersecurity technologies, controls, and risk management (Defence-in-Depth, Zero-Trust, threat vectors, incident management)
- In-depth understanding of legal and ethical aspects of cybersecurity
- Proficiency in cybersecurity frameworks, regulations, and compliance (ISO 27001, NIST)
- Advanced project management skills including risk and quality management
- Strong leadership, team management, and stakeholder communication capabilities
- Vendor and procurement management skills
Obowiązki
- Manage cybersecurity projects across their complete lifecycle and scope
- Establish and manage project controls to ensure milestones are met and products delivered on time and within scope
- Assure and control quality of project deliverables
- Identify, track, monitor, and communicate project-related issues, scope changes, variances, and contingencies
- Liaise with the Project Board and other key stakeholders
- Assign and control tasks, authorize work packages, balance priorities and motivate project team members
- Plan and control project product delivery processes
- Manage communication within the project and with external stakeholders
- Produce project management products such as plans, logs, and schedules
- Prepare and present oral and written technical reports and project presentations
- Organize and conduct project meetings
Inne informacje
The role requires Personal Security Clearance at RESTREINT UE/EU RESTRICTED level, with security screening initiated within 45 days of assignment. The contract is initially for 12 months with up to 3 renewals (maximum 48 months total). Work is on-site at Frontex Headquarters in Warsaw with approximately 50% intra-muros and 50% extra-muros delivery. Travel occurs only in exceptional cases. The earliest start date is 1 November 2026.
