Power BI Developer

Awareson Sp. z o.o. is hiring a Power BI Developer to support their team in creating and developing Business Intelligence solutions that provide key information for business decision-making.

• Highly developed analytical and organizational skills.
• Very good knowledge of Microsoft Power BI, SSAS, and the DAX language.
• Very good knowledge of T-SQL and practical knowledge of SSIS.
• Knowledge of SQL databases and experience working with relational databases.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Access.
• Good command of English enabling work with technical documentation and cooperation with international teams.
• Accuracy, systematic approach, and attention to detail.
• Ability to organize work independently and plan tasks effectively.
• Communication skills, teamwork ability, and resilience to work under time pressure.

Nice to have:

• Knowledge of PowerShell and VBA.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Power Platform, particularly Power Automate and Power Apps.
• Experience in automating business processes and developing solutions based on the Microsoft platform.

• Creating, developing, and maintaining quality and quantitative reports and interactive dashboards in Microsoft Power BI.
• Designing data models and preparing effective visualizations supporting business processes.
• Participating in projects related to development and optimization of systems, data warehouses, and ETL processes.
• Developing and implementing tools to improve daily work of company departments.
• Administering and developing internal systems that support organizational activities.
• Collaborating with business users to identify needs and propose appropriate analytical solutions.
• Working continuously with other company departments on projects involving data analysis and processing.
