Senior ServiceNow Developer

For our client, a global IT services company specialising in managing and modernising business-critical systems and platforms for enterprise customers (including cloud, mainframe and hybrid environments).

• Senior / Expert-level experience as a ServiceNow Developer.
• Strong ServiceNow development experience within ITSM.
• Hands-on experience with Domain Separation, Scripted APIs and Workspaces in ServiceNow.
• Excellent command of English (C1 level).
• Comfortable working in international environments and collaborating with stakeholders and team members from different countries and cultures.

• Design and implement ITSM solutions on the ServiceNow platform that meet business and operational needs.
• Build and maintain custom configurations, including work with domain separation, scripted APIs and workspaces.
• Improve existing ServiceNow ITSM modules by adding new features and optimising what is already in place.
• Collaborate closely with product owners, architects and other engineers, including stakeholders and teams based in the USA and the UK, to refine requirements and propose technical approaches.
• Support the team in troubleshooting issues in production and staging environments, helping to identify root causes and propose fixes.
