SAP EWM Functional Consultant (L3 Support)

Cyclad works with top international IT companies to deliver advanced technologies. The role is within an international SAP Application Management Services (AMS) team focusing on SAP Extended Warehouse Management (EWM). The project is long-term IT services based remotely with the office located in Wrocław, Poland.

• Extensive hands-on experience with SAP EWM in productive enterprise environments.
• Strong functional knowledge of inbound, outbound, and internal warehouse processes, including RF Framework.
• Experience with SAP EWM integrations including SAP ERP/S4HANA, interfaces, and queues.
• Previous experience in AMS or production support environment.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills to resolve complex production issues.
• Experience collaborating with ABAP, SAP Basis, and support teams.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work effectively in high-pressure operational support environment.
• Fluent English.

Nice to have:

• Experience supporting large-scale enterprise SAP landscapes.
• Knowledge of warehouse automation processes.
• Experience in SAP EWM implementation or migration projects.
• SAP EWM certification.
• Familiarity with ITIL processes and service management practices.

• Provide L3 functional support for SAP EWM production issues and complex incidents.
• Resolve high-complexity break-fix issues and Change Requests (CPRs).
• Perform root cause analysis across SAP EWM processes and system integrations.
• Collaborate with ABAP L3 consultants to resolve technical issues.
• Support platform stabilization and operational continuity.
• Advise SAP EWM teams on solution design and best practices.
• Support testing, validation, and deployment of fixes and enhancements.
• Ensure compliance with SAP standards and operational guidelines.
• Work with cross-functional teams including SAP Basis and Level 1.5 Helpdesk.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of SAP EWM support environment.
