Programista/-tka .NET systemów produkcyjnych

Optimakers develops production management systems operating in production environments across Poland for over 15 years. Their solutions support production planning, execution, warehouse, reporting, and integration with other systems.

• Very good knowledge of C# and .NET with several years of experience in complex business systems in production
• Experience with systems requiring continuous operation, high user concurrency, performance monitoring, and external integrations
• Proficient in ASP.NET MVC / Razor Pages and practical knowledge of JavaScript, jQuery, HTML, CSS
• Advanced T-SQL skills on SQL Server, including query optimization, procedures, indexes, and execution plans
• Awareness of problems like deadlocks, N+1 queries, tempdb, cardinality
• Strong knowledge of REST API design, security, and versioning
• Experience with EF Core including data modeling, performance, and migrations
• Knowledge of async/await, multithreading, and concurrency
• Experience with GIT workflows (pull requests, code review)
• Familiarity with SOLID principles, design patterns, and clean code

Nice to have:

• Experience with Docker and isolated development environments
• Work experience with microservices or distributed architectures
• Familiarity with CI/CD processes and build automation
• Experience writing automated tests (unit, integration, API)
• Understanding of DDD and CQRS approaches
• Experience with TypeScript or React and modern frontend concepts
• Experience refactoring legacy systems beyond greenfield development

Backend / Architektura:

• Develop Optimakers systems on the .NET platform
• Create business logic in C#, APIs, and integrations
• Expand and optimize existing modules focusing on performance, scalability, and architecture
• Work with SQL Server queries, procedures, and optimization
• Integrate REST APIs with client systems
• Solve real user and implementation team issues
• Provide 2nd line support and assist consultants with functionality estimations

Frontend:

• Develop frontend based on Razor, JavaScript, jQuery, HTML, and CSS
• Improve UI and browser performance
• Debug backend and frontend in production scenarios

Jakość i współpraca:

• Maintain clean code, documentation, and participate in code reviews
• Collaborate with the implementation team and clients occasionally
• Participate in designing technical and functional solutions

If potential exists:

• Co-create application architecture
• Develop internal tools and automations
• Mentor other developers
• Participate in UI/UX design
