Director of AI

This allows AI agents to make better decisions and provide accurate, reliable, and easy-to-check results. Large companies from different industries use our platform to support important business tasks.

• Strong experience leading product teams and managing Product Managers.
• Ability to turn business strategy into successful products.
• Good knowledge of AI technologies, including large language models (LLMs) and AI agents.
• Strong decision-making skills and the ability to work independently in a fast-changing environment.
• Customer-focused mindset with a clear understanding of user needs.
• Knowledge of security and enterprise software requirements.
• Excellent written and spoken communication skills.
• Experience using AI tools in everyday product work.

• Help define the product strategy together with the CEO and CTO.

This role requires working from our office in Warsaw city centre 5 days a week. This is a fully on-site position, and remote or hybrid work is not available.
