Test Manager

• Experience in Test Management or QA.
• Knowledge of testing processes and defect management.
• Experience coordinating tests in project environments.
• Very good organizational and communication skills.
• Certifications such as ISTQB, Agile, or Scrum.
• Knowledge of tools for test and defect management.

• Plan, coordinate and supervise testing processes.
• Manage system, integration, regression, and UAT testing.
• Prepare test documentation and quality reports.
• Manage the testing team and collaborate with stakeholders.
• Monitor quality and manage defects and test risks.
• Participate in project acceptances and improve testing processes.
