Senior ML Engineer (MLOps-focused)

Founded in 2010 in Kharkiv, the company expanded with an office in Berlin and development hubs in Israel, Ukraine, Portugal, and Poland, currently employing 220 people. They focus on long-term product teams for the EU using a modern technology stack.

• B.Sc. or M.Sc. in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
• Experience with ML/DL workflows and best practices.
• Experience with CI/CD workflows and best practices.
• Experience with public cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Proficient in Python and Java.
• Experience with data stores like Postgres, MongoDB, Redis.
• Familiarity with DS tools such as MLFlow, Langfuse, SageMaker.
• Experience with Spark.
• Experience with PyTorch/TensorFlow.

• Lead and drive the deployment, lifecycle management, and monitoring of ML/DL models through all production stages.
• Design and implement systems for Dataset and Label Management, including versioning and customer feedback integration.
• Establish and maintain a Model Repository/Registry with versioning, local inference, and model lineage support.
• Lead implementation of Experiment Tracking and Monitoring solutions focusing on evaluation, data drift detection, and reproducibility.
• Own model serving and inference systems, including autoscaling, A/B testing, canary rollouts, and latency/cost optimization.
• Enable infrastructure for Generative AI capabilities such as tagging tools, prompt management, and LLM testing.
• Improve tool deployment usability and implement granular cost visibility across projects.
• Develop reusable components including standardized data loaders, CI/CD pipelines, and automated workflows for tasks like model retraining.
• Collaborate directly with Data Scientists and Data Platform Engineering to productionize ML/DL models in cloud environments.
