Senior Full Stack Developer

• Proven experience in senior full-stack software engineering roles
• Strong expertise in React and modern frontend architecture
• Solid backend development experience with Node.js, JavaScript/TypeScript, and API design
• Strong Python skills, preferably gained through AI, machine learning, automation, or data-processing projects
• Experience designing and building distributed systems, microservices, and enterprise integrations
• Good understanding of authentication, authorization, security, and scalable application architecture
• Familiarity with modern AI application patterns, including LLMs, RAG, embeddings, and prompt engineering
• Experience working with cloud platforms (preferably GCP), CI/CD pipelines, Docker, and production-grade environments
• Ability to operate independently, influence technical direction, and take ownership of complex initiatives
• Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience

• Design, develop, and evolve scalable full-stack applications for Capgemini's global AI platform
• Drive technical excellence across frontend, backend, and AI-integrated services
• Build high-performance user experiences using React and modern frontend technologies
• Develop robust backend services and APIs using JavaScript/TypeScript and Node.js frameworks such as Express.js and NestJS
• Create Python-based components supporting AI capabilities, automation, and data processing
• Architect and implement integrations connecting AI services, enterprise systems, and business applications
• Contribute to the development of advanced AI features, including conversational experiences, RAG workflows, and intelligent response generation
• Partner with architects, AI specialists, and product stakeholders to define and deliver impactful solutions
• Support cloud-native deployments and engineering best practices ensuring scalability, security, and operational excellence
• Prototype, test, and iterate rapidly within a fast-evolving AI ecosystem
