Wymagania

  • Strong Regular/Senior level experience in Digital Analytics
  • Fluent English (B2+/C1)
  • Hands-on experience with Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and Google Tag Manager (GTM) implementation, validation, and troubleshooting
  • Strong skills in dashboard development and data visualization using Looker Studio and Power BI
  • Ability to analyze conversion funnels, user journeys, campaign performance, engagement metrics, and site interactions
  • Experience with A/B testing and statistical analysis
  • Familiarity with session replay and behavioral analytics tools such as Hotjar and FullStory
  • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to translate complex data into actionable insights and business recommendations
  • Experience with tracking validation, QA, and ensuring data accuracy
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Product, UX, Engineering)
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

  • Experience using AI tools in daily workflows
  • Experience with AI-driven traffic analysis and emerging search trends
  • Experience with CRM integrations and tracking validation
  • Knowledge of Google Search Console

Obowiązki

  • Lead and contribute to deep-dive analysis projects across campaign performance, UX and behavioral insights, conversion funnels, e-commerce, product analytics, and site engagement
  • Conduct A/B test analysis and provide statistically sound recommendations
  • Design, build, and maintain dashboards, developing new reporting solutions and improving existing frameworks
  • Perform tracking validation and analytics QA, including validating GA4 and GTM implementations, supporting site launches and feature releases, and troubleshooting inconsistencies
  • Analyze emerging traffic patterns, AI-driven traffic, behavioral trends, and engagement changes
  • Deliver ad-hoc analysis by translating business questions into structured analyses and providing actionable insights
  • Support stakeholders across Marketing, Product, and UX
