Python/Gis Developer

• At least 4 years of commercial experience in backend software development using Python and SQL
• Experience or strong understanding of the logistics domain, network analysis, and routing (e.g., graph theory, road network modeling, Vehicle Routing Problems)
• Experience with geospatial data concepts applied via code (e.g., H3/spatial indexing, clustering algorithms, PostGIS)
• Familiarity with cloud ecosystems, preferably Google Cloud Platform, and modern infrastructure tools (Kubernetes, Terraform, Airflow)
• Commitment to engineering excellence: clean code, TDD, CI/CD, and code reviews
• Ability to design and scale microservices-based architectures
• Polish language at native level, English language at B2+ level
• Positive attitude, excellent teamwork skills, and higher technical education (Computer Science or related)
• Availability to work from the Warsaw office once per month

• Experience with GCP
• Experience with Azure

• Support the design and scaling of high-throughput services for first and last-mile logistics operations
• Leverage network analysis and spatial optimization to improve logistics efficiency
• Work with cloud-native Python architectures and modern routing APIs (e.g., Google, HERE, open-source routing engines)
• Develop and maintain backend and routing microservices
• Utilize Google Cloud Platform services including BigQuery, Dataflow, Composer/Airflow and SQL for data processing
• Use infrastructure tools such as Kubernetes, Terraform, and CI/CD pipelines
• Advocate for engineering excellence including clean code, TDD, CI/CD, and rigorous code reviews
• Design and scale a microservices-based architecture
• Work from the Warsaw office once per month
