• Build and maintain portfolio-level plans including milestones, dependencies, and baselines.
• Track delivery to ensure workstreams remain on schedule.
• Run meetings end-to-end with agendas, minutes, actions, and follow-ups.
• Enforce consistent ways of working using templates, checkpoints, and rhythm.
• Produce version-controlled status packs, dashboards, process maps, and governance artefacts.
• Translate complex information into decision-focused narratives.
• Drive stakeholder reviews and approvals, consolidating feedback and maintaining audit trails.
• Map end-to-end service linkages and workflows to identify standardization opportunities.
• Administer delivery tools such as Confluence, Jira, and SharePoint to maintain tool readiness.
