Fullstack Developer AL

PKO Finat Sp. z o.o. is hiring for a fullstack developer role focused on AI and Generative AI systems, involving integration with internal company systems and AI platforms.

• Strong knowledge of Angular, Next.js, TypeScript, and Node.js (backend-for-frontend, API)
• Experience using MCP for agent communication, context management, and tool orchestration
• Ability to integrate systems via API and streaming (SSE, WebSocket)
• Experience with cloud architecture and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes, GCP)
• Experience working with AI/LLM systems including RAG, chatbots, and agent workflows integration
• Skills in optimizing application performance
• Experience with AI system quality requirements including response quality assessment and regression testing
• Experience with GitLab, CI/CD, GitOps, and Infrastructure as Code
• English language proficiency at minimum B2 level

• Design and develop fullstack applications for AI and GenAI systems
• Build agent interfaces enabling interactive communication and human-in-the-loop approval
• Integrate interfaces with AI platform backend and internal company systems including domain systems, databases, and operational services
• Implement key AI platform functionalities including RAG with source citation, agent workflow orchestration, and prompt management
• Participate in designing microservice architecture solutions
• Ensure quality, availability, and performance of applications, including optimizing response times
• Participate in quality and performance testing and iterative improvement of AI systems
• Work in a regulated environment compliant with AI governance and legal requirements
