Inżynier systemowy (Microsoft) (kontrakt B2B)

Softprime sp. zoo is a company operating on the Polish market for over 10 years. Their team consists of professionals and enthusiasts of IT technologies, specializing in IT infrastructure, especially Microsoft technologies. They design, implement, integrate, and support IT environments for both local and cloud clients, including leading companies and institutions.

• Professional experience in a service provider environment, ideally in service integration.
• At least 10 years of industry experience.
• Minimum 7 years designing, implementing, and maintaining medium to large environments (minimum 100 servers, 500+ users) with Microsoft technologies.
• Very good knowledge of Active Directory and Entra ID.
• Good knowledge of Hyper-V.
• Problem-solving skills in Windows Server OS, Microsoft 365 platform, mail flow, etc.
• Self-reliant with a problem-solving attitude.
• English language proficiency for email/phone communication and reading documentation.
• Experience in writing technical documentation.
• Minimum secondary education.

• Design and implement solutions based on Microsoft technologies (on-prem and M365).
• Plan and conduct migrations of Active Directory, email, and Hyper-V environments.
• Provide third-line support for administrators of clients using Microsoft technologies.
• Prepare project and service documentation.
• Analyze security of Active Directory.
• Prepare project concepts in collaboration with the Sales Department.
• Mentor the technical team.
