Copilot Studio Developer (Power Platform)

• 3–5+ years of experience working with the Power Platform.
• Experience with AI-assisted solutions.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Copilot Studio (conversational flows, agent logic, integrations).
• Practical knowledge of Power Apps (Canvas / Model-Driven), Dataverse, and Power Automate.
• Basic knowledge of Azure services or Azure AI.
• Understanding of AI assistant operation in enterprise environments, including integration patterns and data flows.
• Awareness of when to apply AI versus traditional automation, recognizing both limitations and high-value opportunities.
• Familiarity with modern cloud ecosystems and their interaction with AI and Power Platform components.
• Strong analytical and communication skills for identifying and delivering AI-driven automation.
• Proactive and curious mindset with user-centric thinking focused on simplifying workflows.
• Nice to have: experience with C#.

• Design, develop, and maintain enterprise-grade AI Assistants using Microsoft Copilot Studio, Azure AI services, and the Power Platform.
• Build and integrate Power Platform components, including Power Apps (Canvas and Model-driven), Power Automate, and Dataverse.
• Identify processes suitable for AI adoption by analyzing business workflows, detecting repetitive patterns, and evaluating automation potential.
• Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to define requirements and translate them into clear, structured AI scenarios.
• Ensure all AI solutions meet enterprise standards for security, performance, reliability, and compliance.
