• Secondary vocational education, preferably in IT (Technik informatyk).

• Supporting users of IT systems by assisting with software usage and training in hardware and software operation.
• Configuring computer devices and troubleshooting malfunctions.
• Assigning and revoking user permissions.
• Developing and implementing usage instructions for systems and equipment.
• Configuring and connecting computer hardware, printers, and network devices.
• Servicing IT hardware.
• Maintaining records of computer hardware and software inventory.
