Ferryt System Engineer

People More is a technology company originating from one of the oldest interactive agencies in Poland, Insignia. They build projects from scratch (UX, UI, frontend, backend, mobile) or partially, working with clients domestically and internationally. Their projects cover a wide range and involve global clients.

• Experience configuring processes on the Ferryt platform.
• Knowledge of digitalization and automation of business processes.
• Basic knowledge of SQL.
• Basic knowledge of C#, C++, or another programming language is a plus.
• Knowledge of integrations based on REST API and SOAP is an additional advantage.
• Analytical thinking and teamwork skills.
• Independence and good work organization.
• Very good command of Polish.

Nice to have:

• Good command of English.
• Knowledge of BPM and workflow concepts.
• Experience in the financial sector and banking.

• Designing, configuring, and developing business processes on the Ferryt 2.0 platform.
• Analyzing business requirements and translating them into functional and technical solutions.
• Verifying the quality of implemented changes through testing and code reviews.
• Creating and maintaining technical documentation related to projects.
• Participating in improving configuration and development standards based on the Ferryt platform.
• Collaborating closely with business analysts, IT teams, and the platform provider during project realization and development.
