The company works on projects for clients domestically and internationally, building projects from scratch or partially including UX, UI, frontend, backend, and mobile components. • Experience in business or system analysis in IT projects.
• Ability to gather, analyze, and document requirements.
• Knowledge of UML and BPMN notations.
• Practical knowledge of SQL and relational databases.
• Experience with Low-Code platforms (Ferryt or similar solutions).
• Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Communication skills and ability to collaborate with business and technical teams.
• Very good knowledge of the Polish language.

Nice to have:

• Knowledge of application architecture and system integration.
• Experience in the financial sector or banking.
• Good knowledge of the English language.

• Analyze business needs and functional requirements.
• Design solutions based on the Ferryt platform.
• Model business processes and create analytical documentation.
• Define business logic and system rules.

• Support development and testing teams during solution implementation.
• Participate in projects conducted according to Agile/Scrum methodology.
