Wymagania

  • 10+ years of progressive HR experience including senior HR leadership or strategic HR Business Partner roles in international organizations.
  • Strong knowledge of German labor law, employee relations, and works council collaboration.
  • Proven experience partnering with senior business leaders and influencing business and people decisions.
  • Experience leading talent management, workforce planning, organizational design, and transformation initiatives.
  • Ability to operate effectively in complex, international, and matrix environments.
  • Experience in organizational effectiveness and supporting business transformation.
  • Fluent in German and English (minimum C1 level).
  • Strong business acumen, stakeholder management, consulting, and leadership coaching skills.
  • Understanding of German business culture.

Nice to have:

  • Experience working in German organizations.
  • Experience supporting the German market within a global or matrix organization.
  • Experience in organizational transformation, restructuring, or large-scale change initiatives.

Obowiązki

  • Partner with senior business leaders to define and execute the people agenda aligned with business priorities and growth objectives.
  • Drive talent management, succession planning, leadership development, and retention strategies.
  • Lead workforce planning, organizational design, and transformation initiatives.
  • Act as a trusted advisor on leadership effectiveness, employee relations, engagement, workforce trends, and people-related risks.
  • Lead HR support for organizational changes, restructures, workforce transitions, and change management initiatives.
  • Collaborate with HR Centers of Excellence, HR Operations, and other HR functions to ensure consistent HR delivery.
  • Ensure compliance with German labor law, works council requirements, and Capgemini policies while mitigating people-related risks.
