PKO BP Finat is a company located at Chmielna 89, Warszawa, seeking a Fullstack Developer AI to join their team.

• Proficient in Angular, Next.js, TypeScript, and Node.js (backend-for-frontend, API)
• Experienced with MCP for agent communication, context management, and tool orchestration
• Able to integrate systems via API and streaming technologies (SSE / WebSocket)
• Experience with cloud architecture and containerization using Docker, Kubernetes, and GCP
• Experience working with AI / LLM systems, including RAG, chatbots, and agent workflows integration
• Skilled in application performance optimization
• Knowledgeable in AI system quality requirements, response quality evaluation, and regression testing
• Familiar with GitLab, CI/CD, GitOps, and Infrastructure as Code
• English language proficiency at a minimum B2 level

• Design and develop fullstack applications for AI and Generative AI systems
• Build agent interfaces allowing interactive communication and human-in-the-loop approval
• Integrate interfaces with AI backend platform, internal company systems, databases, and operations services
• Implement key AI platform features including RAG with source citation, agent workflow orchestration, and prompt management
• Participate in designing microservice-based architecture solutions
• Ensure quality, availability, and performance of applications, optimizing system response times
• Participate in quality and performance testing as well as iterative AI system improvements
• Work within regulated environment compliant with AI governance and legal requirements
