Senior Java Developer

P&P Solutions is recruiting a Senior Java Developer to join their team responsible for building advanced IT systems in the financial domain.

• Minimum 5 years of professional experience programming in Java 8+ within the last 10 years.
• Practical experience in backend application development using Java.
• Experience with ORM libraries and relational SQL databases.
• Experience building REST services.
• Experience creating and integrating SOAP services.
• Experience with container technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.

Nice to have:

• Experience in large-scale projects with high-quality requirements.
• Knowledge of microservice architecture.
• Experience working with integration systems.
• Familiarity with tools supporting the software development process.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum teams.

• Design, develop, and maintain backend applications using Java 8+.
• Write high-quality code following best programming practices.
• Develop applications based on the Spring framework.
• Design and implement REST services and integrate with SOAP protocols.
• Work with relational SQL databases and optimize queries.
• Utilize ORM technologies (e.g., JPA, Hibernate, EclipseLink) for object-relational mapping.
• Design scalable, efficient, and secure solutions.
• Participate in technical requirements analysis and solution design.
• Collaborate with developers, testers, and other project stakeholders.
• Conduct code reviews and maintain software quality.
• Work with container technologies (Docker, Kubernetes or equivalents).
• Troubleshoot technical issues and support application maintenance.
