SAP Enterprise Architect

Convista Poland is a company involved in SAP consulting and architecture, focusing on strategic SAP solutions including S/4HANA, SAP BTP, cloud technologies, and AI services. They support medium and large clients primarily in the DACH market with enterprise-wide SAP architecture and transformation projects.

Business:

• Several years of experience in SAP Architecture, Enterprise Architecture, or similar roles.
• Ability to design architecture and translate it into practical implementation plans.
• Experience in leading or supporting SAP development teams.
• Skilled in strategic and technical client communication.
• Capability to translate complex technical topics for business and management understanding.
• Experience creating roadmaps, target architectures, and transformation plans.
• Clear and concrete communication with argumentation skills.
• Very good knowledge of German (C1) and good English (B2).

Technical:

• Strong knowledge of SAP, especially S/4HANA and SAP BTP.
• Experience with Integration Suite, Extension Suite, SAP Analytics Cloud, and SAP Build.
• Understanding of migration paths from ECC to S/4HANA.
• Experience with LeanIX or similar Enterprise Architecture tools such as Signavio or SAP Cloud ALM.
• Knowledge of Clean Core concept and modern SAP extensibility models.
• Familiarity with ABAP Cloud and extensibility approaches based on BTP.
• Understanding of cloud operational models like RISE with SAP and GROW with SAP.
• Practical understanding of how architecture impacts development, integrations, extensions, and maintenance.

Nice to have:

• Experience in S/4HANA transformation projects for medium and large organizations.
• Knowledge of SAP Business Data Cloud.
• Familiarity with the DACH market.
• Experience integrating SAP BTP with AI, data, and cloud solutions.

• Provide SAP architectural consulting to clients, covering strategy, concept, and implementation planning.
• Lead and support development teams ensuring practical implementation of architecture.
• Assist clients with implementing new SAP solutions including Business Data Cloud and SAP BTP services.
• Conduct Architecture Reviews and Fit-Gap Analyses to guide technology decisions.
• Collaborate with internal teams and client stakeholders, including decision-makers.
• Develop internal architectural know-how, methodologies, and reusable assets.
• Advise clients on Clean Core Strategy, extensibility, and governance models.
• Create target architecture images, roadmaps, and transformation plans.
• Design and develop Enterprise Architecture models using tools such as LeanIX.
