Oracle Operations Engineer

The role is within a major Corporate Banking Transformation program supporting lending, payments, and company credit for large and medium-sized enterprises. The position is part of the platform team responsible for 15 environments including development, test, and production. The team consists of DevOps engineers working collaboratively, including support rotations and periodic office visits.

• Proficient with Oracle Linux operating system.
• Experienced with Oracle Database 19c.
• Skilled with WebLogic and Oracle HTTP Server.
• Knowledgeable in Oracle Fusion Middleware.
• Familiar with Identity and Access Management tools including Oracle Access Manager and Oracle WebGate.
• Strong collaboration, adaptability, creative problem-solving, and commitment to a positive work environment.
• Flexibility and enthusiasm to integrate quickly and operate within a global team.

• Participate in the implementation of new systems using the latest Oracle technologies.
• Operate and maintain 15 environments including development, test, and production.
• Engage in on-call duty one week every six weeks to handle system issues.
• Perform weekend shifts approximately once every six weeks for system releases.
• Collaborate within a self-organized platform team using tools such as GitHub Copilot.
• Support the hybrid on-site/nearshore working model including occasional office visits every 6 to 12 weeks.
