Principal Software Enigneer (m/k)

• 10+ years of professional experience in Software or Platform Engineering.
• Strong programming skills in C#, Java, and Python.
• Extensive experience designing, developing, and debugging enterprise applications.
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines and automation tools such as GitHub and Azure DevOps.
• Experience building AI-powered applications using Large Language Models (LLMs).
• Experience fine-tuning language models for text generation, summarization, or question answering.
• Strong understanding of embedding models and applications including semantic search, similarity matching, clustering, and information retrieval.
• Experience designing and implementing agentic AI systems integrating language models with external tools and services.
• Ability to design AI model evaluation frameworks including performance benchmarking, metrics development, and A/B testing.
• Strong understanding of software engineering principles, architecture, and development best practices.

Nice to have:

• Experience with Kubernetes and Docker.
• Cloud certifications in Microsoft Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud.
• Experience working with Agile or other modern software delivery methodologies.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, Mathematics, or a related field.

• Lead the design, development, delivery, and maintenance of software and platform solutions.
• Develop high-quality, scalable, and maintainable code while performing debugging, testing, and troubleshooting.
• Provide technical leadership and guidance across engineering teams.
• Collaborate with software engineers and architects to design innovative technical solutions.
• Ensure engineering best practices, coding standards, and development processes are consistently followed.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives across development and platform engineering.
• Support CI/CD implementation and software delivery automation.
