Controls Manager

• At least 5 years of hands-on experience in technology or cybersecurity control capabilities, either directly or in 1/2/3LOD control management.
• At least 5 years of experience and subject matter expertise in managing operational risk, non-financial risk, or technology and information security risk.
• Experience in IT, Operations, Risk Management, and/or Audit roles managing diverse risk types is desirable.
• Ability to identify, define, and solve work and business-impacting problems.
• Knowledge and experience with Python and SQL.
• Familiarity with cybersecurity, security, and risk management concepts.

• Ensure high levels of risk and control management across Service Lines and Value Streams.
• Support the delivery of formal governance cycle, including preparation of meeting materials and logistics.
• Foster effective relationships with stakeholders to maintain adherence to framework guidance and control hygiene.
• Identify opportunities to improve consistency and efficiency of control service delivery.
• Develop efficiency solutions to reduce manual burdens and maintain control standards.
• Model industry best practices to build trust in advisory services.
• Provide insights and forward-looking views impacting the control environment.
• Maintain ongoing oversight of technology risk and control environment across global function teams.
