Wymagania

  • Experience working with HubSpot or similar CRM systems
  • Ability to explain complex automations to non-technical stakeholders
  • Understanding of Revenue Operations and the entire funnel (marketing → sales → CS)
  • Analytical mindset and ability to transform insights into process improvements
  • Skills in data reporting, data quality analysis, segmentations, and contact properties
  • Organized, independent, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Communicative English language skills

Obowiązki

  • Audit, optimize, and develop the HubSpot environment identifying and implementing improvements
  • Design and implement automation supporting marketing, sales, and customer success/support
  • Maintain data hygiene, map properties, and synchronize data between HubSpot and other tools
  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, and CS teams to map and improve revenue processes
  • Identify sales process bottlenecks and propose technological solutions to increase conversion
  • Create reports and dashboards supporting business decisions
  • Document system architecture, processes, and implementation decisions
  • Onboard new CRM users
