One Identity Manager Solution Architect

• Minimum 5 years of experience implementing and integrating One Identity Manager solutions
• Experience in the financial industry
• Experience designing solution architecture, configuration, integration, and managing IAM platforms
• Knowledge of automation processes in access provisioning, version updating, and system performance optimization
• Experience creating incident/change management procedures and SLA structures
• Interpersonal skills and experience acting as a liaison between business and technical teams
• Experience mentoring teams and creating technical documentation
• Proficient English language skills

Nice to have:

• German language skills

• Designing, leading, and supervising the implementation of the One Identity system and supporting operational activities
• Providing practical technical guidance to deployment teams
• Managing configuration, customization, and integration as a Solution Architect
• Reviewing and supervising operational runbooks, SLA structures, and incident/change management procedures for the IAM platform
• Leading continuous improvement initiatives including version updates, performance tuning, workflow automation related to access provisioning, and reduction of technical debt in group environments
• Acting as a domain expert linking IT security, business stakeholders, and governance bodies
• Conducting knowledge transfer sessions, maintaining solution documentation, and mentoring junior team members
