SAP Enterprise Architect

Convista Poland is a company operating in SAP consulting and architecture, focusing on solutions including S/4HANA, SAP BTP, Integration Suite, Extension Suite, and SAP Analytics Cloud, serving medium and large clients primarily in the DACH market.

• Several years of experience in SAP Architecture, Enterprise Architecture, or similar roles.
• Ability to design architecture and translate it into actionable implementation plans.
• Experience leading or supporting SAP development teams.
• Strong communication skills with ability to discuss strategic and technological topics with clients.
• Experience creating roadmaps, target architectures, and transformation plans.
• Excellent German language skills (minimum C1) and good English skills (minimum B2).
• Deep knowledge of SAP, especially S/4HANA and SAP BTP.
• Experience with Integration Suite, Extension Suite, SAP Analytics Cloud, and SAP Build.
• Knowledge of migration paths from ECC to S/4HANA.
• Familiarity with Enterprise Architecture tools like LeanIX, Signavio, or SAP Cloud ALM.
• Understanding of Clean Core concept and modern SAP extensibility models.
• Knowledge of ABAP Cloud and extensibility via BTP.
• Understanding of cloud operating models such as RISE with SAP and GROW with SAP.

Nice to have:

• Experience with S/4HANA transformation projects for medium and large organizations.
• Knowledge of SAP Business Data Cloud.
• Familiarity with the DACH market.
• Experience integrating SAP BTP with AI, data, and cloud solutions.

• Provide SAP architecture consulting to clients from strategy through implementation.
• Lead development teams to ensure practical realization of proposed architectures.
• Support clients in implementing new SAP solutions such as Business Data Cloud and SAP BTP services.
• Conduct Architecture Review and Fit-Gap Analysis to support technology decision-making.
• Collaborate with internal teams and client stakeholders at decision-making levels.
• Develop internal architectural know-how, methodologies, and reusable assets.
• Advise clients on Clean Core Strategy, extensibility, and governance models.
• Create target architecture visuals, roadmaps, and transformation plans.
• Design and develop Enterprise Architecture models using tools like LeanIX.
