Senior Manual Tester

• More than 8 years of professional experience in QA, preferably in Agile teams
• Experience in defining, executing, and reporting tests for complex software systems
• Experience in web and mobile testing
• Experience testing applications on cloud-based mobile testing platforms (e.g., BrowserStack)
• Experience in system testing of modern UI (web and mobile)
• Proficiency in API testing using Postman and Swagger
• Experience with test management tools (preferably qTest or similar)
• Practical experience with Jira and Confluence
• ISTQB Certification
• Ability to drive and support QA activities across delivery teams
• Attention to detail, quality focus, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in international environments
• Fast learner with willingness to learn new tools and processes
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work as an individual contributor

Nice to have:

• Experience with automation testing
• Working knowledge of PEGA Platform
• Working knowledge of AI tools
• Experience working with SAFE methodology

• Ensure that QA activities are conducted efficiently and documented according to the latest Quality Standards
• Analyze and design new tests (Test Cases/Scenarios)
• Plan and execute tests
• Report defects, including handling and verifying them
• Recommend appropriate actions based on test results
• Collaborate closely with Automation Testers to ensure optimal manual and automation regression test coverage/suites
• Work actively within the scrum team to maintain high delivery quality
