Infrastructure Engineer (Storage/Backup)

• Bachelor's degree or 3+ years relevant work experience
• Preferred Bachelor's degree in Computer Science/Engineering or related field
• Keen interest in learning storage technologies and infrastructure support
• Experience with UNIX (Linux, AIX, Solaris), VMware or other hypervisors, and Windows environments
• Excellent oral and written communication skills and strong interpersonal skills
• Strong ability to self-learn new storage technologies
• Skills in monitoring, tuning, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis
• Strong organization, analysis, multitasking, prioritization, analytical and practical problem-solving skills
• Experience in infrastructure support role and/or interest in storage support engineering
• Interest in scripting/coding for infrastructure automation

• Responsible for ongoing maintenance, security, and availability of Storage and SAN infrastructure in line with business needs and operational models
• Automate infrastructure tasks to reduce repetitive or time-consuming processes using SRE principles and infrastructure as code
• Handle complex provisioning, advanced maintenance, data replication, disaster recovery, data migration, and documentation for Open Systems Storage and Backup environments
• Support complex Storage & Backup devices, including SAN, NAS, and Backup solutions independently
• Participate in On-Call rotation to support infrastructure and systems
• Work shifts Sunday to Thursday or Tuesday to Saturday from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM local time
