AI Engineer

DCG is hiring an AI Engineer with expertise in building and deploying AI and Machine Learning solutions. The position involves working on Agentic AI frameworks and Generative AI technologies within a hybrid work model in Poland cities including Warszawa, Gdynia, Gdańsk, and Łódź.

• Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or equivalent
• 5+ years of experience building and deploying Machine Learning or AI solutions in production
• Strong Python programming skills
• Experience in developing scalable systems and production-ready applications
• Hands-on experience with Agentic AI frameworks such as LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen, or similar
• Experience with Generative AI, including LLMs, RAG, and MCP
• Strong AI/ML system design skills, including model selection, deployment, monitoring, and optimisation
• Practical cloud experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP
• Proven track record of delivering solutions from idea through PoC to scalable product
• Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively with both technical and business stakeholders
• Fluency in English and Polish (both written and spoken)

Nice to have:

• Experience with A2A protocols and multi-agent systems
• Knowledge of agent testing, monitoring, reliability, and observability
• Understanding of AI safety, alignment, and ethics
• Familiarity with EU AI regulations
• Experience working in regulated industries, such as banking or finance

• Design, develop, and scale AI applications end-to-end
• Prototype, validate, and deliver AI use cases from concept and PoC to production
• Build Agentic AI and Generative AI solutions using LLMs, RAG, MCP, A2A, and related technologies
• Integrate AI solutions with vector databases, APIs, cloud platforms, and enterprise systems
• Explore new AI tools, frameworks, and technologies, and create PoCs to assess business value
• Deploy, monitor, and optimise AI solutions on cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP
• Design scalable and reliable AI/ML systems, including model selection, deployment, monitoring, and performance optimisation
• Ensure proper documentation, compliance, risk management, and security standards
• Promote ethical, safe, and responsible AI practices across delivered solutions
• Collaborate with both technical and business stakeholders to translate needs into practical AI solutions
• Mentor team members and share best practices related to Artificial Intelligence
