ML & GenAI Solutions Scientist

Comarch is developing modern AI and Generative AI solutions for international products through their R&D team.

• Minimum 2 years of commercial experience in Data Science or Machine Learning
• Practical experience in designing, training, optimizing, and evaluating machine learning models
• Very good knowledge of Python, exploratory data analysis (EDA), and feature engineering
• Experience with data analysis tools, relational databases, and distributed processing technologies such as Apache Spark
• Experience with model and metric monitoring tools like Grafana or Prometheus
• English language proficiency at a minimum B2 level

Nice to have:

• Practical knowledge of RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) architectures
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and AI Development Lifecycle (AIDLC)
• Experience in projects related to loyalty systems

• Analyze business requirements and design machine learning models addressing product needs
• Develop, optimize, and evaluate ML models and support the team in designing new analytical solutions
• Prepare technical and research documentation for AI models and solutions
• Participate in designing solutions using Generative AI, RAG architecture, and agent systems based on LLM (Agentic AI)
• Collaborate on designing data processing and applications in cloud environments
• Work with the R&D team to migrate and develop new system architecture and implement innovative AI solutions
