IT Project Coordinator

Diverse CG Sp. z o.o. Sp.k. is involved in IT projects including infrastructure and NAS/file share migrations.

• Experience supporting IT projects, preferably infrastructure or NAS/file share migrations
• Basic understanding of risk, compliance, and security frameworks (e.g. QRA/ORC)
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Teams)
• Ability to work with both technical teams and business stakeholders
• Strong coordination, tracking, and follow-up capabilities
• Very good command of English, both spoken and written

Nice to have:

• Familiarity with file services / NAS environments

• Support delivery of a NAS-based file shares migration project by coordinating activities across teams and ensuring execution in line with timelines, governance, and stakeholder expectations
• Manage activities and ensure migration plan execution aligns with milestones
• Coordinate with business areas and technical SPOCs
• Track QRA/ORC and ensure compliance with security policies
• Organise meetings, document outcomes, and follow up on actions
• Provide clear status updates, risks, and progress tracking
• Identify blockers and escalate issues proactively
