Production Engineering Specialist

• Fluent English (spoken and written).
• Experience with SQL and PL/SQL, solid Oracle database knowledge.
• Strong experience with Linux.
• Hands-on expertise with Kubernetes.
• Shell scripting experience with Bash, Python, Java for automation.
• Knowledge of system monitoring and performance tuning tools such as AppDynamics and Splunk.
• Solid understanding of application architecture layers including storage, OS, network, database.
• Experience in high-frequency change environments and CI/CD automation.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
• Exposure to Agile/DevOps practices and production support environments.

Nice to have:

• Knowledge of Payment systems.

• Deliver end-to-end Production Support services, including live incident resolution and post-resolution analysis.
• Provide technical expertise to identify root causes of major system issues.
• Install new vendor software releases and implement locally developed solutions (Shell scripts, Java, Bash, Python).
• Support and participate in testing activities for new implementations.
• Collaborate with stakeholders distributed globally.
• Redesign processes using new technologies to enhance performance.
• Design and drive service improvements, implement capabilities and process uplifts.
• Evaluate and utilize appropriate tools to analyze architecture.
• Conduct data analysis for root cause investigations and anomaly detection.
• Contribute effectively to team objectives – occasionally lead activities to achieve shared goals.
