Minimum 5 years’ practical experience in One Identity Manager implementation and integration.
Proven experience in solution architecture for IAM platforms, including design, configuration, customization, and systems integration.
Strong technical proficiency with One Identity Manager components, connectors, and integration patterns such as APIs, LDAP, SCIM, provisioning connectors, and SSO integrations.
Solid understanding of identity lifecycle management, access provisioning, role-based access control, and entitlement modelling.
Experience developing operational runbooks, SLA definitions, and incident/change management processes for production IAM environments.
Experience managing upgrades, performance optimisation, and automation of provisioning workflows.
Effective stakeholder management skills with experience liaising between security, IT operations, and business units.
Excellent documentation and knowledge-transfer capabilities; experience mentoring technical team members.
Relevant technical degree or equivalent professional experience in computer science, information security, or related disciplines.

Lead design and implementation of One Identity Manager solutions, including configuration, customization, and integration with systems.
Provide hands-on technical guidance and oversight to delivery teams during project delivery and operational transitions.
Review, authorise, and govern operational runbooks, SLA frameworks, and incident and change management procedures for the IAM platform.
Plan and coordinate version upgrades, performance tuning, and automation of access provisioning workflows.
Identify and drive initiatives to reduce technical debt and standardise solutions across group environments.
Act as subject matter expert bridging IT security requirements, business needs, and group-level governance.
Prepare and maintain comprehensive solution documentation, architecture artefacts, and design decisions.
Lead knowledge transfer sessions, provide mentoring for junior team members, and contribute to capability building within the team.
