EDI Specialist - S4HANA Migration (PART-TIME)

This role supports the S4HANA migration journey for a global premium consumer goods company, focusing on EDI integration and data exchange within their IT transformation initiative.

• Relevant academic background in Supply Chain, Logistics, Information Systems, or related field
• Knowledge of EDI, EWM, and S/4HANA, including EDI integration and troubleshooting
• Hands-on experience with EDI standards (EDIFACT, ANSI X12, XML) and communication protocols (AS2, FTP, SFTP)
• Proven ability to manage EDI connections, data mapping, and transformation between internal and external systems
• Experience with EDI testing, including User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and validation of data flows
• Understanding of 3PL/warehouse processes and best practice warehousing strategies (inventory inbound/outbound, quality control, cycle counts)
• Familiarity with Quality Management processes and collaboration with local BPOs (Sales & Distribution, Procurement, Copacking)
• Great communication skills to work in a corporate, international environment
• Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus
• Availability for PART-TIME work (2+ days/week - flexible)

• Coordinate and support all EDI activities related to the S4HANA migration, ensuring seamless integration and data exchange between customers, vendors, and internal systems
• Liaise with EDI providers and Group IT to manage EDI connections, troubleshoot issues, and implement solutions aligned with project requirements
• Oversee and execute EDI testing, including User Acceptance Testing (UAT), to validate data flows and integration points during project stages
• Analyse and evaluate differences in 3PL/warehouse processes between the global S/4 template and local CEE region needs, including best practice warehousing strategies (3PL, inventory inbound/outbound, quality control, cycle count checks, etc.)
• Collaborate on analysis and evaluation of differences in Quality Management processes within the global S/4 template and local CEE region needs with relevant local BPOs (Sales & Distribution, Procurement, Copacking)
