IT Project Coordinator

• Experience supporting IT projects, preferably infrastructure or NAS/file share migrations
• Basic understanding of risk, compliance, and security frameworks (e.g. QRA/ORC)
• Familiarity with file services / NAS environments is an advantage
• Ability to work with both technical teams and business stakeholders
• Strong coordination, tracking, and follow‑up capabilities
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Teams)

• Manage activities and ensure migration plan execution aligns with milestones
• Coordinate with Business Areas and technical SPOCs
• Track QRA/ORC and ensure compliance with security policies
• Organise meetings, document outcomes, and follow up on actions
• Provide clear status updates, risks, and progress tracking
• Identify blockers and escalate issues proactively

All Nordea PL locations okay. Must be available to be on-site 3 days a week if required.
