IT Manager (Manufacturing Environment)

• Higher education in IT, computer science, engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 7 years of professional experience in IT.
• Experience in manufacturing, industrial, or engineering environments.
• Knowledge of IT service management (ITSM) and ITIL processes.
• Experience managing service providers and cooperating with external partners.
• Good knowledge of IT infrastructure (networks, servers, end-user environments).
• Practical knowledge of cybersecurity.
• Experience with ServiceNow or similar ITSM tools.
• Ability to build business relationships and collaborate with management staff.
• Very good command of English.

Nice to have:

• Experience in OT (Operational Technology), production systems, or industrial automation.
• Participation in cloud migration or infrastructure transformation projects.
• Knowledge of production digitization, IoT, or process automation.
• Experience with ERP implementations or large transformation programs.

• Act as the main IT partner for local plant management.
• Co-create and implement IT plans supporting business, operational, and production goals.
• Build relationships with key stakeholders and identify business needs in technology.
• Oversee daily IT service operations and ensure IT environment continuity.
• Coordinate work of IT service providers and local technical support.
• Manage Incident, Problem, and Change Management processes.
• Monitor service quality indicators, SLAs, and initiate improvement actions.
• Support projects related to infrastructure modernization, cybersecurity, and digital transformation.
• Coordinate local implementation of global IT initiatives and projects.
• Oversee IT budget, cooperate with suppliers, and support procurement processes.
• Identify opportunities to use new technologies to increase operational efficiency.
