Mid Project Manager

We are looking for a Project Manager for long-term cooperation on projects in the BI / Data & Analytics area. This is an internal role focused on strengthening the data & analytics project area permanently, not a temporary or body leasing project.

• Minimum 1.5–2 years experience coordinating IT projects or as a Project Manager
• Experience collaborating with technical teams
• Ability to plan tasks, monitor progress, and complete objectives
• Knowledge of Agile/Scrum or other project management methodologies
• Strong communication skills with business clients and ability to build relationships
• Accountability for tasks and decisions
• Problem-solving and team support skills
• Good organization, prioritization, and administrative process skills
• English language proficiency at minimum B2 level

Nice to have:

• Experience in BI, Data & Analytics, or reporting projects
• Knowledge of Microsoft Azure, Power BI, or Qlik Sense
• Experience working with dashboards, reports, data warehouses, or data models
• Experience with distributed or hybrid teams

• Planning project scope, schedule, budget, and resources
• Coordinating work of project teams including BI consultants, developers, data engineers, and architects
• Collaborating with business clients to gather requirements and translate them for technical teams
• Monitoring project progress, identifying risks, and proposing solutions
• Ensuring quality of solutions such as reports, dashboards, and data models
• Managing project documentation and administrative/financial processes
• Reporting project status to stakeholders
• Supporting communication between business and technical teams
