AI Consultant (GenAI)

SpyroSoft S.A. is hiring an AI Consultant with a strong technical background to help organizations adopt AI technologies successfully. The role is suited for experienced Solution Architects, Technical Leads, or Engineering Leads transitioning into technology consulting while maintaining deep expertise in software engineering and AI.

• Previous experience as a Solution Architect, Technical Lead, Engineering Lead, or similar senior technical role
• Strong software engineering background with solid understanding of modern application architecture and cloud technologies
• Experience working directly with enterprise customers in consulting, advisory, or solution delivery roles
• Proven ability to lead technical workshops, discovery sessions, and architecture assessments
• Broad understanding of Generative AI, Machine Learning, and enterprise AI platforms
• Ability to translate business challenges into practical technical solutions
• Strong consulting, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• Excellent presentation and facilitation skills
• Fluent English (C1)

Nice to have:

• Experience delivering AI or digital transformation initiatives
• Experience supporting pre-sales and business development
• Knowledge of OpenAI, Microsoft AI, Azure AI, AWS, or Google Cloud AI services
• Experience preparing AI adoption roadmaps and technology strategies
• AI, cloud, or architecture certifications

• Partner with customers to understand business goals, challenges, and technology landscape
• Lead AI discovery workshops, technical assessments, and solution design sessions
• Identify AI use cases and evaluate their business value and feasibility
• Assess systems, architecture, and engineering capabilities for AI readiness
• Recommend AI solutions, implementation approaches, and technology roadmaps
• Translate business objectives into technical strategies and delivery plans
• Collaborate with AI Engineers, Solution Architects, Data Engineers, and stakeholders
• Support pre-sales activities, presentations, and technical demonstrations
• Provide ongoing technical guidance throughout AI adoption
• Stay updated with emerging AI technologies, trends, and best practices
