DevSecOps Lead (K/M)

Neontri is a company with over 120 employees specializing in two main areas: creating systems for clients primarily in finance, banking, fintech, and e-commerce sectors, often building from scratch or adding new functionalities; and supporting clients in recruiting specialists through body leasing.

• Proven leadership experience in areas including Cloud, DevSecOps, or Platform Engineering
• Very good knowledge of Kubernetes including architecture, networking, autoscaling, and security topics
• Practical experience with CI/CD and GitOps tools, including Jenkins, GitLab CI, and ArgoCD
• Ability to work in Linux environments and experience with cloud platforms, preferably GCP
• Familiarity with observability and monitoring of production systems
• Experience in production maintenance of applications and ML/LLM models with focus on availability, performance, and rollback strategies
• Strong knowledge of security principles, Identity and Access Management, networking, and compliance frameworks applicable to regulated companies
• Competence in designing scalable, long-term technology solutions beyond current operational needs

• Experience as a technical leader in Cloud, DevSecOps, or Platform Engineering
• Deep knowledge of Kubernetes architecture, networking, autoscaling, and security
• Practical experience with CI/CD and GitOps tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI, and ArgoCD
• Proficiency in Linux environment and cloud solutions, preferably GCP
• Knowledge of observability, monitoring, and maintaining production environments
• Experience maintaining applications and ML/LLM models in production, ensuring availability, performance, rollbacks, and versioning
• Strong understanding of security, IAM, networking, and compliance in regulated organizations
• Ability to design long-term, scalable technological solutions beyond operational tasks

Recruitment process consists of two stages: a short (~20 minutes) phone interview with HR, followed by an online technical talk (~1 hour) with the client including experience and technical knowledge assessment.
