One Identity Manager Architect

LinkGroup is hiring for a One Identity Manager Architect to join an ongoing One Identity Manager implementation and support program focused on a multi-entity IAM deployment.

• Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in One Identity Manager implementation, integration, and customization projects.
• Strong understanding of IAM concepts, access governance, and identity lifecycle management processes.
• Experience with enterprise-scale deployments and multi-entity or multi-country environments.
• Proven ability to lead technical teams and provide architectural guidance throughout the project lifecycle.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience with operational support models, service management processes, and continuous improvement initiatives within IAM environments.

• Lead the implementation, integration, and support of the One Identity Manager platform.
• Provide technical leadership in configuration, customization, and integrations as a Solution Architect.
• Govern operational processes, including runbooks, SLAs, and incident/change management.
• Drive continuous improvements through upgrades, performance optimization, automation, and technical debt reduction.
• Act as the key liaison between IT Security, business stakeholders, and governance teams.
• Support knowledge transfer, maintain documentation, and mentor junior team members.
