Agile Delivery Manager

• Proven successful experience in project management, preferably in IT.
• Practical knowledge and experience working as a Scrum Master; official Scrum certification is a plus.
• Experience managing relationships with external software vendors or outsourcing companies.

Nice to have:

• Familiarity with project and requirements management tools like ADO (Azure DevOps) and AHA! (product roadmap tool).
• Experience in Release Management, handling deployments of new software versions to production.

• Manage projects end-to-end, overseeing schedules, milestones, and deliverables.
• Act as Scrum Master, facilitating cross-functional team meetings, removing blockers, and coaching teams in Agile methodologies.
• Collaborate closely with external IT vendors to ensure seamless knowledge transfer and integration.
• Provide regular clear and transparent reporting on project progress, risks, challenges, and successes to clients and management.
• Continuously seek opportunities to optimize team workflows and implement industry best practices.
